Arjun Sarkaar, a top HIT officer from Visakhapatnam, is sent to Jammu and Kashmir to investigate a series of brutal murders. As he pursues a group of elusive killers, the case tests his skills and mental strength.
Arjun Sarkaar, a morally grey police officer, infiltrates a secret society of psychopaths known as CTK (Capture, Torture, Kill). Imprisoned at the film’s start, Arjun recounts his story to fellow inmate Samuel Joseph, revealing through flashbacks how he committed two ritualistic murders to gain CTK’s trust. With reluctant support from colleague ASP Varsha, and unaware that his girlfriend Mridula is also a cop, Arjun joins CTK to expose their dark web network tied to organ trafficking.
CTK harvests hormonal glands from terrified victims, used by a Swedish pharmaceutical company to produce a drug for the elite. Arjun survives CTK’s brutal initiation and signals his team, including officers KD and Abhilash, to raid the group. In a final battle, Arjun kills CTK’s leader Alpha, whose brother was a prior killer he stopped. He discovers Samuel is the true mastermind behind CTK, having entered jail deliberately to kill him.

The film ends with Arjun honoring a fallen colleague, ACP Dhanya, and a post-credit scene teases a new mystery with ACP Veerappan in Chennai, setting up HIT: The Fourth Case.
